Rotary Rebate Program

ORDERING METHODS

All participants have the following options of ordering and purchasing gift cards/certificates.

1.      Physical Cards
   •      Orders can be placed through the Raise Right App, on the Raise Right website, or using a paper order form. These orders must be submitted by 9:00 am on order days to meet the submission deadline. Late orders will be held and processed on the following order. Weekly orders are distributed on Thursdays.
   •      Walk-In Hours: You have the option to purchase cards during walk in hours based on current inventory. Most often, Walmart, Sheetz, Martin’s, Giant Eagle and Kwik Fill will be in stock along with various stores and restaurants. Inventory is subject to availability and does change seasonally.
   •      Virtual Walk-Ins. (New for the 2022-2023 school year, but remaining a constant practice moving forward.) Participants who are in need of physical cards outside of normal walk-in hours can email the coordinator, inquiring about card availability at any time. Virtual Walk-In requests will be filled in the order in which they arrive, and will only be distributed to a student or held for pick up once the order is paid for. This option is only available during the school year. For Virtual Walk In purchases, email [email protected].
   •      Ship to Home: Raise Right does offer some physical cards that they will ship directly to you. The purchaser is responsible for all service fees and shipping charges.
2. eCards
   • eCards can be purchased through the Raise Right App or on the Raise Right website. eCards can be purchased any day of the week and at any time of day. eCard purchases are delivered within minutes of ordering. ALL ECARD PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR USING ONE OF THE TWO ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS.
     1.                                         Bank Account. All orders paid for with a stored bank account will have a $0.29 fee attached to each order regardless of the total face value of the order.
     2.                                         Credit Card. All orders paid for with a credit card will have a 2.6% fee added to each order.

             3. Reloadable Cards

•       If you wish to utilize reloadable cards, they must first be purchased on a weekly order or at any of the Walk – In Hours.
•       Cards can be reloaded via the Raise Right app or Raise Right Website

POLICIES OF THE ROTARY TUITION REBATE PROGRAM

•       The Rotary Tuition Rebate Program will run most weeks during the school year. Weeks containing holidays, days off of school, and/or in-service days may not have orders. Be sure to reference monthly calendars and correspondence from the Rotary Office for schedules.
•       Anyone writing a N.S.F. check will incur a fee of $30.00 to be paid to DuBois Central Catholic. After two N.S.F. checks are tendered on your Raise Right account, cash will be the only accepted form of payment.
•       If you wish to change how your rebate monies are distributed, you must fill out a new Agreement Form.
•      Orders, both paper forms and those submitted through the Raise Right app or website, must be received by 9:00 am on order days to be processed. Late orders are not accepted. If an order is submitted past the 9:00 am deadline, the order will be held and processed on the next order date.
•      Gift Cards and Certificates are just like cash. Neither DuBois Central Catholic nor the Rotary Tuition Rebate Program Coordinator is responsible for lost or missing cards/certificates. This includes orders distributed to students.
•      If you do not complete a new or updated Agreement Form but submit orders, by placing the order you agree to all of the terms and conditions of the program. Rebates will be applied to tuition.
•      Participation in this program in no way implies automatic enrollment into DuBois Central Catholic Schools. Enrollment is a function of Administration and not the Rotary Tuition Rebate Program. If you should choose not to follow through with enrollment, all monies accrued in your account can be distributed per your instructions, once an Agreement form is received.
