On February 5th, Blake was greeted with proud smiles and firm handshakes before he signed-on with PennWest Clarion (formerly, Clarion University of Pennsylvania) to play football as a wide receiver. And, he even paused to take a photograph with some of his senior classmates who surrounded him in support.
A special thank you to Brockway Principal/Rover Football Defensive Coordinator, Ben Donlin, and Rover Assistant Football Coach, Joe Kucenski, for traveling to DuBois Central Catholic School to be a part of Blake's signing day. Also present for the signing were Blake's mother, Stephanie Pisarcik and sisters, Elysabeth Myers and Emile Brown. Athletic Director, Phil Esposito, and Principal Karrie Miller represented DuBois Central Catholic School.
With an interest in sports, Blake plans to pursue Sports Communication as his course of study while attending PennWest Clarion.
We wish Blake much success, and are proud that DuBois Central Catholic School "empowered his future!"
