Gregory Sobol, Esq. recently met with the DuBois Central Catholic mock trial team to review legal preparations required for litigation cases. Sobel's visit was in response to the high school mock trial competition that is scheduled for January 21st at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.
DCC's mock trial team, made up of 9-12th grade students, will compete against Jersey Shore High School and act as the defense in a grand jury larceny case riddled with interesting characters.
A special thank you to retired DCC educator, Mrs. Carol Korthaus, for continuing to move the mock trial team forward at DCC.
Greg Sobol, Esq. was a gradate of Brookville High School where he participated in the mock trial team as a student. He later received his law degree from Duquesne University Kline School of Law. Sobel is a practicing attorney with Taladay Law.
